Recipe - Bacon crochets with cheese

Ingredients:

For 5 portions

pressed bakon -200g

oil-300 ml

flour – 150 g

50 g bread crumbs

100 g cheese

3 eggs

salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

Cooking time: -

Cut the bacon in cube forms. Clean the bacon from peel and erase. Wash the eggs. Sift the flour and the bread crumbs. Boil some water with 50 ml oil and salt; when the water is boiled add 100g flour, mix and let to become cold. When the composition is cold add the cheese, the bacon, 2 eggs and the peper. Make crochets and pass them in flour in the mixed egg and in crumbs. Fry the crochets in 250 ml oil before they become toasted.
