Recipe - Cheese roll with cow fresh cheese and bacon

Ingredients:

Use fresh incredients

150 g cheese

50 g butter

For stufing

250g fresh cow cheese

100 g bacon

1-2  fat pepper

salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

Cooking time: 30 min

Cut the bacon and the pepper in form of cubes. Mix the cheese in a bowl with salt and pepper before we get a fine cream. Add the bacon and mix.

Scrape the cheese, add salt and pepper, add the butter to the room temperature. Knead before we get dough.

On a food foil extend the cheese composition and add the cheese cream and roll using the foil. Putt the roll in the fridge for not less than 3 hours
