Recipe - Chicken breast baked in sour cream

six spoons of sour cream

200 g of cheese

a spoon of butter

a bunch of parsley

4 peppers

2 garlic bulbs

Chicken breast baked in sour cream is as simple to cook as it is delicious. Here's what you need to do:

1. Wash chicken breasts, oil them, and then season with salt and rosemary.

2. Grease the heat-resistant dishware with butter, put chicken breasts next to sliced peppers and chopped garlic. Cover the dishware with aluminium foil, put it in the oven and cook until the meat is tender.

3. Whisk sour cream with grated cheese until you get a uniform mass.

4. Pour the sour cream sauce over chicken, cover the dishware with the foil again and cook it in the oven for 15 minutes.

Serve it warm, decorating it with chopped parsley and fresh tomatoes.
