Recipe - Curd cake with chocolate

Ingredients:

Use fresh incredients

Curd cheese – 400 g

Butter – 100 g

Eggs – 3 pcs.

Sugar – 1.5 cup or 250 ml

High-quality white flour – 1.5 cup

Cocoa powder – 4 spoons

Baking powder – 2 teaspoons

Sunflower oil – 3 spoons

Method of preparation:

Cooking time: 35 minutes

1. Add eggs and sugar in a bowl with curd cheese – mix with a wire whisk.
2. Add melted and slightly cooled butter into mixture with curd cheese and stir it.
3. Add cocoa and oil and stir it.
4. Add flour with baking powder - stir well, you should get a stiff dough.
5. Put the dough in the baking pan, covered with baking parchment.
6. Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.
7. Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool.
