Recipe - Curd pudding with white chocolate

Ingredients:

Use fresh incredients

Curd cheese – 250 g

Sour cream – 150 g

Eggs – 3 pcs.

Sugar – 50 g

Starch – 2 spoons

White chocolate - 100 g

 


 

Method of preparation:

Cooking time: 55 minutes

1. Beat the eggs with 50 g of sugar until fluffy.
2. Add sour cream, curd cheese and starch and stir well.
3. Melt the chocolate via a water bath or in microwave, add it to the above mixture and stir well.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking pan, covered with baking parchment.
5. Bake the pudding in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
6. Serve it warm or cold, with some sour cream, fruit or melted white chocolate.
