Method of preparation:
Cooking time: -Boil chicken breasts, eggs and potatoes. Let them cool.
Cut meat, eggs and all the vegetables (cucumbers are usually peeled) into small cubes and put them into a cooking pot, finely chop herbs. Pour kefir and add salt. If you prefer a thin soup, add some water. For the combination of flavours, put the meal in the refrigerator for an hour and then serve up. Put some lemon juice into the soup. To keep this soup cold, you can add some ice cubes as an option. Do not keep the soup in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours since the vegetables release water while fresh onions change their taste.
