Recipe - Pie with spinach and bryndza in a quick way

Ingredients:

Use fresh incredients

Eggs – 4 pcs.

Milk – 150 ml

Sunflower oil – 150 ml

White flour – 250 g

Baking powder – 2 teaspoons

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Spinach – 250 g

Sheep/goat bryndza – 200 g

 

Method of preparation:

Cooking time: -

1. Mix the milk with the eggs and oil in a bowl.

2.  Add flour, salt and baking soda - stir well using a wire whisk to avoid lumps.The dough should resemble a greasy sour cream.

3.  Chop the steamed and squeezed spinach, but not too small.

4. Add this mixture and the bryndza, crumbled with a fork, into the dough.
Stir slowly.

5. Put the dough into a baking pan (covered with baking parchment).

6. Bake the placinta in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 40-45 minutes until nicely browned.
