Method of preparation:
Cooking time: 1h1. Boil the milk together with:
- lemon and orange zest
- sugar
- cinnamon sticks broken in two
- envelope of vanilla sugar.
2. When it started boiling, add the washed and drained rice.
Let it boil for 10 minutes without stirring.
After this time has expired, start stirring from time to time for other 10-15 minutes.
Remove cinnamon sticks, lemon and orange zest.
Serve on plates and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
