Method of preparation:
Cooking time: -Wash the zucchini (as raw as possible), cut them lengthwise, season with salt, and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Remove excess liquid, flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides (until slightly brown). Put them on a plate and let it cool.
Blend well garlic, fennel and kefir (500 g) in a blender !
Place a layer of zucchini, spread it with sauce ... and so on! To serve cold!
